Pricing Update (July 2023)

tl;dr: We will remove the "Free plan" option for all future websites starting July 17th 2023 at 12PM PST.


Why are we making this change?

Over the past few years, our team has spent an extraordinary amount of effort to manage fraud and abuse of the Jemi Free plan.

Removing the Free plan will help us focus our resources on delivering additional powerful website & store building features to our customers, as well as allocate more resources to improve the platform's security, reliability, and overall user experience.

Starting July 17, 2023, we will no longer offer the Jemi Free plan on future websites.

How does this change affect you?

For Free plan websites:

For owners of existing Free plan websites, you will still be able to keep your status of the Free plan for your website as long as you wish.


However, after this change takes effect, if you decide to upgrade to the Pro or Business plan at any point, you will no longer be able to downgrade back to the Free plan.


We kindly request you to keep this in mind before making any decisions. Once the Free plan is removed, upgrading will be the only option available for new websites created on our platform.


For Pro & Business plan websites:

If you are already on the Pro & Business plan, you will not be impacted by these changes. However, please note that after this change you will no longer be able to downgrade back to the Free plan.


Can I still try Jemi for free?

We will still offer a 7 day free trial of our Jemi Pro & Business plans. To make it easier for you to access all of the advanced features, we will also be removing the requirement of a credit card to start the trial.


We recommend all users to take advantage of our 7-day free trial so that you can fully explore the advanced features and determine which plan suits your needs best.
