Offering free products

On Jemi, you can offer your customer free products. These products can be digital downloads, physical goods, or services.

Setup

To setup a free product, either create a new product or edit the details of an existing product.

Scroll down to the Pricing configuration section and clicked "Advanced":

From there, select the free option:

Afterwards, make sure to save changes to the product.

Checkout

On checkout, your customer will not be charged for your free product.

If your customer only has free products in their cart, no payment method will be required and they will be able to checkout successfully without any payment.

If your customer does have other paid products in their cart, they'll pay for the rest of the order but will be charged nothing for all free products within the cart.
